Party package – DKK 1,070 per head (min. 25 persons)

The following is our suggestion for a party package in which everything is included.
If you have any special requests, we’d be happy to discuss these to make sure that your day goes exactly as you wish.

Aperitif – choose from:
– Saint Louis. Semi-sweet sparkling wine
– Cava Brut. Medium full and fresh flavour 
(+15/head)
– Crémant D’ Alsace. Creamy and pleasant (+20/head)
– Champagne, France. Good acidic balance (+40/head)

Starter – choose from:
White wine: Tebaldo, Bianco, Puglia, Italy
– Smoked scallops – cauliflower mayo – hazelnuts in browned butter
– Warm hot-smoked salmon on creamy spinach, lemon caviar and crispy garnish
– Beef carpaccio – truffle mayo – pickled beech mushrooms – herbs – ryebread chips
– Baked cod – cauliflower purée – hazelnuts – capers – browned butter – herbs
– Iberico pork jowls – apple chili chutney – crispy chorizo

Main course – choose from:
Red wine: Tebaldo, Rosso, Puglia, Italy
– Slow-cooked fillet of beef – gremolata – sauce Robert
Optional extra:  Tenderloin of beef or veal – (+60/head)
– Flank of veal – purée – calvados sauce
– Chicken ballotine – cabbage in beurre blanc – calvados sauce
– Filet mignon – Parma ham – seasoned breadcrumbs – coppa – mushrooms duxelles – sage or truffle sauce

The main courses above are served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes chosen by the chef.

– Guinea fowl breast – risotto cake – mushroom sauce

Dessert wine: Cala del mar – moscato blanc, Spain 
– Gâteau Marcel – Raspberry sorbet – berries – crystallised white chocolate

– Petit gâteau – vanilla ice cream – brittle
– Variant of apple – biscuit base – broken gel – apple in calvados – chips – sorbet

Optional extras: Petit four – Delicious small cakes (+35/head)

Supper – choose from:
– Asparagus soup with meatballs and homemade bread
– Meatballs with potato salad
– Hotdogs with traditional accompaniments and ice-cold Cocio’s

– Sausage buffet with 4 types of cold cuts and garnish, fresh ryebread and warm rolls

– Croissants with homemade chicken salad

All our menus are drawn up with care, and focus on taste, quality and the use of fresh ingredients.
