Price per guest: DKK 1,295 (minimum 40 guests)

The price per guest includes:

• 3-course menu with carefully selected ingredients

• Beer, soft drinks, and wine ad libitum for 8 hours

To ensure your guests enjoy a pleasant end to the celebration, all our rooms are offered at a reduced rate in connection with your wedding.
Booking is made directly via email or phone, as the rooms are reserved exclusively for your party and cannot be booked online.

Each dish is prepared with care and creativity and served with our homemade freshly baked bread and salted butter.

• Braised pork cheek on shortcrust – apple & celeriac compote – red onion marmalade – cress salad
• Warm smoked salmon – creamed spinach – fresh herbs – crispy elements
• Beef carpaccio – aged Havgus cheese – fresh herbs – seasonal accompaniments
• Flash-seared tuna – toasted sesame mayonnaise – orange teriyaki – kimchi sesame – frisée salad

• Beef Wellington made with danish Himmerland beef tenderloin – mushroom duxelles – Mediterranean cured ham – puff pastry – Sauce Robert (+DKK 90 per guest)
• Veal cuvette from milk-fed calf – light truffle sauce
• Herb-marinated beef onglet – demi-glace with pancetta and mushrooms
• Confit duck leg – rillette – Canard à l’Orange sauce

When hunger strikes in the late hours, we serve flavourful, homemade dishes to round off the evening in the best possible way.

• Homemade Danish meatballs with fresh potato salad
• Creamy asparagus soup with meatballs and freshly baked bread
• Classic hot dogs with traditional condiments and Cocio (+DKK 25 per guest)
• Sausage buffet – four varieties of premium butcher’s cold cuts, freshly baked rye bread and warm rolls (+DKK 35 per guest)
• Pulled pork burger – brioche bun, slow-roasted pork neck, creamy coleslaw, pickled red onions, homemade mayo and BBQ sauce (+DKK 25 per guest)

Would you like to continue the celebration a little longer? You may extend the entire arrangement so the atmosphere and service continue – including free-flowing drinks at the following rates:
